Mary Christine drops concubinage complaint vs Husband Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban

The battle between Derek Ramsay and estranged wife Mary Christine Jolly has formally ended when the latter dropped the concubinage charges against husband and ex-girlfriend Angelica Panganiban.



Both parties have agreed to a settlement for the sake of their 11-year-old son Austin. 



According to Agree Guevarra, Mary Christine's lawyer said the part of the agreement between the two parties was to withdraw the concubinage complaint along with it is withdrwaing the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (VAWC) complaint that Mary Christine filed against Derek.

“The parties made peace with each other and part of the peace is this one [withdrawal of concubinage complaint],” he said.

He did confirm that both parties are happy with the outcome.

“All parties are happy with the agreement.

“Ang kagandahan nito (What is good about this), both parties came to an agreement to serve the best interest of the child,” he said.
